Molde and Romsdal has become a favorite spot for many types of what is called extreme sports. These are activities in which you yourself must know your limits, and we advice you to contact local guides to check weather conditions and have some advice for your trip. There are also several local companies that offer guided tours.

Base Jumping in Romsdal

The mountains of Romsdalen and Eikesdalen are some of the best places in the world for base jumnping. Kalskråtinden, Gridsetskolten and "Unionsveggen" (the Union Wall) are popular exit points in Romsdalen (prohibited from Trollveggen).
