Getting here

You can travel by train from Oslo or Trondheim, with the spectacular Rauma Railway. The coastal steamer (Hurtigruten) arrives in  Molde every day with both north-and southbound ships. Norwegian and SAS fly daily to Molde from the biggest cities in Norway. You can also take the express bus from Oslo, Bergen or Trondheim.

Hurtigruten 365 days during the year. There are daily 11 ships calling the harbours between Bergen in the south and Kirkenes in the north. The ships are arriving Molde every day both on north- and southbound.

In Molde planes land practically in the middle of the city. Then it is just over an hour by bus to Åndalsnes. Good bus connections with many departures every day. To the center of Molde only t 10 minutes by airport bus or taxi.

If you take the train to Romsdalen, you get stunning views as a bonus! Rauma Railway provides a unique opportunity to get close to one of the most spectacular natural sites Norway has to offer. Rauma Railway was completed in 1924 and is one of the most beautiful, wildest and most photographed railway routes in the world! Rauma Railway runs between Åndalsnes and Dombås, and takes 1 hour and 40 minutes.
