The tourist information in Åndalsnes can be found in the Åndalsnes train station, which is situated on Jernbanegata 1. The Rauma Railway terminates at Åndalsnes, and in the same building you can find information about the bus and taxis. The post office is also situated in the building along with Narvesen and places to leave your things.
Trollveggen Stasjon is open during the summer season with tourist information in the period 21. June - 13. August 2010, from 10.00-17.00.
We can help you find accommodation in hotels, camping places, cabins, youth hostel, holiday houses, private rooms or apartments. We have maps, brochures, free internet, rental of bicycles, postcards, stamps etc. We also sell fishing licenses for the Rauma river.
Guided day trip to Geiranger and the Atlantic Road
From May until September there are daily trips with buses from Molde and Åndalsnes to Geiranger and Atlanterhavsvegen and the Hurtigruten back to Åndalsnes. These trips can be bought here at the tourist information.
DNT – Trip information
We have information about the DNT (Norwegian Touring association), and at the tourist information you can buy membership. We also have the keys for the DNT cabins all around Norway and you can join the joint trips that are arranged throughout the year.
