Strømsholmen
Strømsholmen is a professional diving-centre that caters to people who appreciate sea adventures, fjords and magnificent scenery. It is a paradise for divers and anglers, with 65 excellent dive-sites nearby. The centre has a spacious guest harbour and plenty of parking for those who come by car.
The area is renowned for its crystal-clear water, giant-kelp forest, great diversity of marine life, fascinating shipwrecks and beaches of white sand. The flora and fauna are particularly abundant thanks to the Gulf Stream – and the biodiversity here competes with anything elsewhere in Europe. Marine life includes corals, sponges, starfish, shells and crustaceans, fish and much more. The fascinating killer whale is a frequent visitor the area!
