Kringstadbukta bay is one of Molde's finest beaches. Here you can relax up on a large lawn, lie down on the sandy beach or find a place for yourself on the rocks. The beach is about 4 km west of Molde center and is signposted from the main road.

Parking area for cars. In Kringstadbukta Bay there are public toilets. Molde municipality does a great job of keeping Kringstadbukta bay clean, neat and tidy.
If you are staying at one of the hotels in the city, we recommend to rent bikes at the tourist information office in Molde to get there. This costs NOK 100 per day or NOK 25 per hour. There is a great walking and bicycle path from downtown to Kringstadbukta. For pictures and more information see
