It is not necessary to make the reservation in advance. To be sure meet in the harbour in good time before the departure to be sure to get a place for your car. This is especially important during the high season in the summer, and during big events. You pay the ticket directly to the ferry crew which come around to the passangers. The prices varies depending on the lenght of the trip and the length of your car.
